Upon termination of your account for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and pending promotional rewards will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not associated with any bonus or pending investigation may be returned at cg333's discretion following a full review.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cg333 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cg333 platform.
